Bunch Marketing
The situation
Sophie had built something genuinely distinct. As a founder with experience on both sides of the creator economy, as a creator herself and as a brand-side marketer, she understood influencer marketing in a way most agencies simply don't. That lived perspective is the whole reason Bunch exists.
But the website wasn't reflecting any of that.
The messaging was unclear and slightly mismatched across pages. The services weren't framed in a way that helped a potential client quickly understand whether Bunch was right for them, or which service they might actually need. Most importantly, the thing that truly sets Sophie apart, that dual-sided experience, wasn't being used as the positioning anchor it deserved to be.
The brand felt like an agency. It needed to feel like the agency, for brands who are tired of how influencer marketing usually goes.
What we worked on
We started where we always start: with the why. Why did Sophie build Bunch? What does she know that other agencies don't? What frustrations was she solving, and for exactly who?
From there, we worked on repositioning, getting to the core of Bunch's founding story and making Sophie's dual-sided experience central to the brand's identity, not buried in an about page. That perspective (having been the creator, having been the brand) is what makes Bunch's approach to briefing, vetting and campaign management fundamentally different. It needed to lead.
We then moved through the full brand palette, bringing visual consistency to a brand that had felt slightly scattered. Alongside that, we worked on copywriting support across the site, sharpening the language so that every page spoke directly to the right client, in a way that helped them self-identify and move forward with confidence.
The Squarespace website was built custom around the new positioning, with a clear user journey from homepage through to services and contact. The service structure was reorganised so visitors could quickly understand what Bunch offers and map it to where they are, no guesswork or having to read everything to find the relevant bit.
The result
A brand that finally communicates what makes it different. Bunch now has a website that does the work of qualifying and converting the right clients, one that leads with Sophie's story, frames the services clearly, and gives brands and creators every reason to feel confident before they even get on a call.
"I am so thrilled I found Phoebe! She went above and beyond to deliver the scope and more. What I really appreciated is that her experience means she can provide a holistic approach to the web build and design, bringing branding, copywriting, CRO and marketing suggestions. It felt very collaborative and she was patient with any amends and my needs. I am really happy with the final product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone."
